Mindful May - Week 4 - Gratitude
Practicing everyday mindfulness may be as simple as thinking about what brings you joy and feeling grateful for those things. The practise of gratitude can help you be more open and accepting of others, and yourself. The simple act of being kind to yourself improves your mood, happiness and wellbeing, and enhances relationships.
Try it for yourself
During House in week 4, everyday write down three things that make you feel grateful and why. It’s worth the effort.
Share what you’re grateful for with your friends. If you feel gratitude towards a certain person take the time to write them a letter expressing your gratitude. Just the act of writing it will make you happier.
